The I in IRIS - Jess

As the Global Channel Partner Manager at Iris Clarity, my role is all about creating synergy with our partners, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our solution is getting into the hands (and calls) of the people who need it most. My day-to-day involves everything from strategic meetings with key partners to brainstorming innovative go-to-market strategies. I’ve been with IRIS for almost a month now, and every day feels like I’m part of something groundbreaking, bringing next-gen noise-cancellation technology to the forefront of the call centre world. Plus, no two days are the same - just how I like it!

I’ve spent over a decade in the BPO industry, and through that, I’ve become somewhat of a matchmaker for business needs and solutions. My background in marketing has been my secret weapon. I learned early on that understanding the customer journey and the right messaging can drive results, especially in sales and partnership growth. Before IRIS, I was fortunate to work as a Business Development Executive, where I focused on scaling revenue and breaking into new markets. The combination of BPO experience and marketing expertise has helped me shape channel partnerships that are both strategic and impactful at IRIS.

Texas has my heart, but Chicago keeps me on my toes. In Texas, it’s all about the wide-open spaces, “Everything is big in Texas” - Southern hospitality, and unbeatable BBQ - it’s where I go to unwind and recharge. But when I need that energy, there’s no place like Chicago. The hustle, the culture, the constant innovation, architecture,it’s the perfect balance for someone like me who thrives on both peace and productivity. So, I guess you could say Texas is home, but Chicago is my playground.
